Nurture Forward Foundation is a community rooted non-governmental organization committed to empowering families, uplifting women and youth, and promoting holistic education and wellbeing. Inspired by the themes of “Parents Guidance & Personal Care for Children: A Role of Keeping Children Safe and Healthy”, Nurture Forward Foundation was founded to turn nurturing into action—supporting parents, strengthening communities, and helping every child reach their full potential through positive care, knowledge building, and access to opportunities.

Nurture Forward Foundation, NFF is a non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) registered in Tanzania. It is founded on the belief that nurturing children, families, and communities through knowledge, early interventions and public awareness can build a stronger, healthier and more empowered society. Dedicated to building nurturing environments that support the growth, health, and development of children, women, youth, and families. Rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins at home and within communities. NFF promotes holistic parenting, self-education (Elimu Binafsi), and meaningful education (Elimu Timilifu), and social empowerment programs and initiatives as pathways to long-life learning and well-being. 

Guided by the themes in the book, “Parents Guidance & Personal Care for Children: A Role of Keeping Children Safe and Healthy”, NFF works to bridge the gap between knowledge and care—equipping families with practical tools, offering programs that uplift vulnerable voices and creating safe spaces where people are empowered to sustainable growth and thrive.
